Shipping policy

PRE-MADE:

All premade orders are shipped in 1-3 business days -excluding Federal American holidays. FETTI VIRTUES is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages being lost through carriers. CONTACT CARRIER IF PACKAGE IS LOST

PRE-ORDER: 

All pre-orders will take 3-4 weeks to be made since each product is made to order in a batch. Once the batch is made an additional 1-2 weeks will need to be given for the batch of orders to be shipped to FETTI VIRTUES to send out. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Fetti Virtues is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
